How Can I Edit A Poll?

To preserve the integrity of your collected data, FigPii restricts the changes you can make to a poll once it has been launched. However, you are still able to modify the Poll Name and your Poll Configurations.

Follow these steps to safely pause and edit your poll:

1. Navigate to your Polls dashboard. Log in to your FigPii account and click on Polls in the left-hand sidebar menu to view all of your campaigns.
   

   

2. Deactivate the running poll. If your poll is currently active, you must pause it before any edits can be made. Hover your cursor over the Options menu (the three dots ... icon) on the specific poll you want to change, and select Deactivate. If the poll is already inactive, you can skip directly to the next step.
   
3. After you deactivate the poll, the page will automatically refresh. Hover over the Options menu (...) again, and the Edit button will now be visible. Click it to open the settings and update your poll's name or configurations.
