Cloudflare errors - How to whitelist FigPii

If you're currently using Cloudflare as your DNS / CDN provider, you might run into 500 or 404 errors when using our visual AB testing editor. 

To fix these errors, follow these steps to whitelist our server's IP address:

1. Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard at https://cloudflare.com

2. From the left menu, click on Security, then WAF

3. From the top menu, click on Tools

4. Add the following rule under IP Access Rules:

Then click on  Add.

The result should look like this:

The change can take up to 30 minutes to apply, so brew yourself a cup of coffee and check back on your AB test :) 

If you still have the issue, please refresh the page while you're in the AB testing editor.
